Ramon, a 25-year PepsiCo veteran, has served as CEO since 2018, and Chairman of the Board since 2019. As Chairman and CEO, he has begun pivoting the company toward accelerated growth, embracing a new corporate mission—to Create More Smiles with Every Sip and Every Bite—and adopting a new vision that captures PepsiCo’s competitive spirit, intense focus, and shared values: to Be the Global Leader in Beverages and Convenient Foods by Winning with PepsiCo Positive (pep+). pep+ is our strategic end-to-end transformation that puts sustainability and human capital at the center of how we will create value and growth by operating within planetary boundaries and inspiring positive change for planet and people.

This strategy includes the acquisition of SodaStream, the world's leader in at-home sparkling beverage preparation, and complements the company’s sustainable packaging vision, including efforts to develop fully recyclable or compostable packaging materials.

Prior to becoming CEO, Ramon was President of PepsiCo. In this role, he was responsible for shaping the company’s corporate strategy, working closely with business units to deliver top-line growth, driving productivity to enable this growth, and investing in new areas of disruptive innovation. In this capacity he oversaw PepsiCo's Global Category Groups; its Global Operations, Corporate Strategy, and Public Policy & Government Affairs functions; and The PepsiCo Foundation.
Between 2015 and 2017, Ramon served as Chief Executive Officer of the sector formerly known as Europe Sub-Saharan Africa (ESSA), one of PepsiCo’s most complex businesses, with responsibility for leading the company’s beverage, food and snacks business in Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa. In that role, he successfully transformed ESSA’s beverage portfolio, developed the company’s juice business, and advanced the company’s sustainability mission.
Prior to serving as CEO of ESSA, Ramon held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility in Europe, including leading the acquisition and successful integration of the company’s dairy business in Russia. Before joining PepsiCo in 1996, he worked for Chupa Chups, S.A., a Spanish leading confectionery company, where he held a number of international roles in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the United States.
In addition to being a member of the PepsiCo Board of Directors, Ramon also currently serves as a director of Visa Inc. He also currently serves as the Co-Chair of the World Economic Forum’s Board of Stewards for the Food Systems Initiative.
Ramon is a native of Barcelona and holds an MBA from ESADE Business School in Spain and a Master’s in International Management (M.M.) from Thunderbird School of Global Management. He and his wife, Maria, are the proud parents of three sons.

Mr. Andrew joined PepsiCo in 2016 and currently leads pep+, PepsiCo’s holistic transformation agenda with sustainability at the center, including the strategic framework, governance, and integrated plans and goals for all of PepsiCo. He also ensures that sustainability is woven into the operating plans of all Business Units. Prior to this role, he held a variety of operating and functional leadership roles in the company including global head of Strategy and leader of our Beyond the Bottle businesses.
Previously, Mr. Andrew served as EVP and chief strategy and innovation officer for Royal Philips N.V based in Amsterdam where he played a central role in the transformation of Philips from a conglomerate to a focused and high-performing health tech company. He had leadership accountability for all elements of strategy and innovation, as well as sustainability and the company's digital transformation.
Mr. Andrew also served as the chief administrative officer of Sears Holdings Corporation.
Mr. Andrew started his career at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), leaving as a senior partner after a distinguished 25-year career. At BCG, he established and led the firm’s Innovation practice for almost a decade, and was lead author of the highly-acclaimed book Payback: Reaping the Rewards of Innovation. He opened the firm’s offices in Mumbai India and Singapore.
Mr. Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois and his MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.

In his role, Azevêdo oversees Public Policy and Government Affairs, Communications, and The PepsiCo Foundation, while also working closely with the Sustainability team. His areas of focus include solidifying PepsiCo’s engagement with national and international governments, regulators, international organizations, and non-governmental stakeholders, all of which is informed by his political skills and technical knowledge of the complex social, political, and regulatory environments impacting companies like PepsiCo. He assumed the role in September 2020.
Prior to joining PepsiCo, Azevêdo worked as a career diplomat, most recently serving as Director-General of the World Trade Organization (WTO) since 2013. During his tenure, the WTO expanded its membership with the inclusion of half a dozen new members and worked to improve the service the WTO provided to members. He also delivered the Trade Facilitation Agreement, the expansion of the Information Technology Agreement, and decisions on food security, in addition to eliminating agricultural export subsidies, and enabling more goods and services exports from least developed countries. Under his tenure, new and creative platforms allowed the launching of negotiations on e-commerce, facilitation of investments and domestic regulation of services.
Before that, he was Brazil's Ambassador to the WTO, and he has held several posts in the Brazilian Foreign Ministry, including roles overseeing Economic and Technological Affairs and Dispute Settlement, where he was Brazil’s chief litigator in WTO disputes. He first joined the Brazilian Foreign Service in 1984.
Azevêdo graduated from the University of Brasilia with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He also holds a degree on diplomacy from the 'Instituto Rio Branco', the graduate school run by the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Relations. He and his wife have two daughters and five granddaughters.

focus includes creating a world-class consumer-focused franchise beverage system that strengthens the network and builds capabilities to drive advantage for today and tomorrow in a franchise-centric organization.
Björn believes in developing high-performing teams through passion, purpose, and fun with a service-first mindset. He consistently demonstrates the ability to work across developed, developing, and emerging geographies to meet the needs of customers
and consumers. Passionate about environmental and human sustainability, Björn led PepsiCo's initiatives to become the first big beverage brand to become 100% rPET and to reduce sugar across the portfolio in critical markets across Europe.

As part of this focus, Tina leads the development of programs and partnerships that drive diversity, inclusion and engagement as part of the business strategy, as well as internally and externally. Tina is a 20-year PepsiCo veteran. Prior to her current role, Tina was Senior Vice President, Commercial Human Resources for PepsiCo Foods North America division, where she shaped strategy for customer sales, marketing and transformation. In this role, Tina and her team supported transformational initiatives, including developing and implementing future go-to-market systems and organizational models, new ways of working, and technologies. She was instrumental in accelerating PepsiCo Foods North America’s commercial talent agenda, while also advancing a pipeline of diverse talent.
Tina has previously served PepsiCo in a range of human resource capacities in field, headquarter and corporate global assignments, where she has developed broad and varied human capital management expertise in business transformation, innovation, change leadership, and organizational design.
Tina holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Studies/Spanish degree from West Virginia University (WVU), and participates in the WVU Practicum series in addition to serving as an alumni mentor.
Tina is a previous board member of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Collin County, Texas. Currently, Tina sits on the Dean’s Advisory Board of WVU’s College of Business & Economics and was recently appointed to the Board of Directors of the WVU Foundation.

Seth Cohen is Senior Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer of PepsiCo. Cohen, who previously served 15 years at PepsiCo in a variety of Information Technology (IT) leadership roles, assumed the SVP and global CIO position in November 2019. In this role, Cohen leads PepsiCo’s IT function across all business units. Through a global network of associates, IT focuses on delivering and supporting capabilities that improve business processes, enable associates to connect and collaborate more easily, collect and mine data for analytical insights, and enhance performance across all aspects of PepsiCo’s value chain.
Cohen first joined PepsiCo in 2002 and led the integration management office for PepsiCo transformation programs. He went on to serve as Vice president of IT transformation programs, VP of North American legacy solutions, and later was SVP of Global Business Solutions, where he oversaw the deployment and support of several global applications including ERP, integrated supply chain planning and warehouse management solutions. His most recent role at PepsiCo was SVP and CIO of PepsiCo’s Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa (ESSA) business unit, based in Barcelona.
From 2017-2019, Cohen was global CIO for Reckitt Benckiser Group (RB), a UK-based manufacturer of health and household products. At RB, he was responsible for leading the company’s IT transformation, including major systems deployments, upgrades and integrations. Earlier in his pre-PepsiCo career, he held positions in IT and finance management with Deloitte Consulting, McDonald’s Corporation, and Grant Thornton.
Cohen holds an MBA degree from Northwestern J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in commerce from DePaul University.

Fink assumed her current role in 2016. She brings to the role a keen focus on delivering foodservice growth fueled by a broad and balanced food and beverage portfolio, insight-driven innovation, leading-edge marketing programs as well as best-in-class customer service.
Fink previously served as the Chief Operating Officer for PepsiCo North America Foodservice. In this role, she strengthened customer partnerships and accelerated growth while leading all sales and operations for the Pepsi-Cola, Gatorade, Tropicana, Frito-Lay and Quaker portfolios. Previously, Anne was Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Officer for PepsiCo Sales, leading strategic customer management for all retail channels in the U.S. She also led the company’s Global Sales Leadership Council.
Since joining PepsiCo, Fink has served in diverse leadership roles, developing broad business and general management expertise spanning foodservice, retail, e-commerce, strategic customer management, marketing, operations, franchise management and business development. An executive known for talent and leadership development, Fink is an executive sponsor for Pinnacle, PepsiCo’s women’s leadership program. Fink began her career at The E&J Gallo Winery.

David joined PepsiCo in 2011 based in Dubai and has served in various senior legal roles spanning the globe. Most recently, David was SVP, Deputy General Counsel and Global Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer, overseeing various central global legal teams as well as the company’s global Compliance and Ethics Program and function. David has served at different times as General Counsel of Asia, Middle East & Africa, Latin America and Frito-Lay North America, and has led the legal aspects of many of the company’s significant M&A projects.
David serves as a member of the board for the PepsiCo Foundation and the Pro Bono Partnership. He is also an active a member of the New York State Council of Business Leaders in Support of Access to Justice, the Association of General Counsel and the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Transparency and Anti-Corruption.
David spent the first 10 years of his career with one of Australia’s leading law firms, Corrs Chambers Westgarth, and was a corporate and anti-trust partner based in Melbourne. Prior to joining PepsiCo, David was the General Counsel for Asia Pacific and Middle East with Danone S.A. He has lived in Australia, New Zealand, China and Dubai and is now based in Purchase, NY.
David holds an honours degree in law and a Bachelor of Economics, both from Monash University in Australia. He is admitted in the State of Victoria and registered as in-house counsel in New York.
Marie Gallagher is Senior Vice President and Controller of PepsiCo. As PepsiCo’s Chief Accounting Officer, Marie is responsible for PepsiCo’s global financial reporting and SOX processes, overseeing a staff of over 1,000 control employees. Marie works closely with PepsiCo’s Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. Marie also guides PepsiCo’s division controllers and their organizations and other corporate departments with business issues. Marie is currently leading PepsiCo’s finance transformation effort. She played a key role in the integration of the recent acquisitions of Pepsi Bottling Group (PBG), PepsiAmericas (PAS) and Wimm-Bill-Dann, a Russian dairy company. Marie is a co-chair of PepsiCo’s Corporate Inclusion Council. She is also the New York Mosaic lead, which is PepsiCo’s African American Network. Marie also annually leads a PepsiCo-sponsored Continuing Professional Education program for 300 consumer product company finance professionals. In addition, Marie sponsors a consumer products industry-wide summit, where emerging issues are discussed with peer company controllers and assistant controllers.
Prior to joining PepsiCo in 2005, Marie served as Assistant Controller of Altria Corporate Services, Inc., where she was part of the team that led the Nabisco acquisition and the Kraft IPO. Marie joined Altria (then Philip Morris) in 1992. During her tenure at Altria, she also led their shared services initiatives. Prior to that, Marie was a Senior Manager at Coopers & Lybrand in the New York office, where her clients included Goldman Sachs and Altria. Marie led discussions on various issues with the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Altria.
Marie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, American Woman’s Society of Certified Public Accountants, Financial Executives International, and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is on the Board of Directors for the Junior Achievement of the Lower Hudson Valley, the Cottage in Darien, and the Manhattan Theatre Club, as well as a former Board of Directors member for Quorum Federal Credit Union. Marie is a YWCA New York City Academy of Women Inductee (2010).

Hugh Johnston is Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of PepsiCo. Hugh assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer in 2010, and is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership for PepsiCo, including ensuring the company’s strategy creates shareholder value, communicating the company’s strategies and performance to investors, and implementing a capital structure, financial processes and controls to support the company's growth and return on investment goals.
In addition, Hugh’s portfolio has included a variety of responsibilities, including leadership of PepsiCo’s information technology function since 2015, the company’s global e-commerce business from 2015 to 2019 and the Quaker Foods North America division from 2014 to 2016. In these roles, Hugh has focused on addressing global trends that are reshaping the food and beverage industry, including health and wellness, the rise of the digitally connected consumer and the emergence of e-commerce as a new distribution channel.

Hugh is active with a number of corporate, NGO and academic organizations, and currently serves as a member of the board and chair of the audit committee of Microsoft Corporation. Other organizations in which Hugh serves include: a director for the Peterson Institute for International Economics, the leading global economic think tank; the University of Chicago’s Booth School CFO Forum Advisory Board; Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management Advisory Council. Vince is responsible for the holistic strategic direction and execution of PepsiCo’s eCommerce business, as well as incubating digital capabilities that enable PepsiCo’s continued growth and transformation. In this capacity, he leads a team of more than 200 professionals comprised of both CPG experts and native digital talent who are embedded throughout the PepsiCo business.
Before coming to PepsiCo in 2017, Vince built deep eCommerce domain expertise and general management experience. He was Chief Operations Officer & Chief Digital Officer at Bluestem Brands, a $2 billion direct-to-consumer retailer, with responsibility for eCommerce, Technology, Supply Chain, Merchandising Operations, Global Sourcing, and Inventory Management. While at Bluestem he co-founded the Zenalytics Lab, which created significant innovations in credit and marketing decisions using machine learning modeling techniques for predictive analytics.
Previously, Vince was President & Chief Executive Officer of eBags; VP of Operations & Finance at SugarSync (a cloud computing startup); and a member of the launch team at Walmart.com. He started his career as a consultant at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he specialized in technology and operations consulting.
Vince has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He lives in Minnetonka, Minnesota, with his wife and two children.

During her 15 years at Accenture, Kanioura grew the Applied Intelligence function from a subspecialty to a global group at the forefront of scale business transformation. She also ran Sales and Customer Analytics globally and drove the company's offerings in customer relationship management and personalization. Kanioura specializes in transforming businesses with emphasis on data and technology, and brings many years of practical experience globally in industries such as telecomms, oil and gas, financial services, and consumer packaged goods, having worked with companies such as Mondelez, Unilever, P&G, Reckitt Benkiser, Phillip Morris, and Adidas.
Kanioura is a member of the Royal Statistical and Economics Society, where she contributes to shaping government policy around how data is used by bodies like the IMF. She also sits on the board of the Institute of Marketing Sciences and is a keen educator who has held lectureships at UMIST (UK), Imperial College London (UK), and the University of Sheffield (UK), where she also earned her PhD in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics.

As head of R&D, René is also responsible for PepsiCo’s quality and food safety and regulatory affairs efforts. In addition to this work, René has direct oversight of PepsiCo’s global sustainability initiatives, working across sectors, categories, brands and functions in the creation and management of projects to promote a more sustainable food system.
René joined PepsiCo in December 2010. Prior to his current role, he held a variety of leadership roles across the R&D function, including oversight for PepsiCo’s research program worldwide and serving as Chief Operating Officer for the R&D global team, overseeing Food Safety, Regulatory and Scientific Affairs, and Nutrition. René has more than 20 years of R&D experience in the CPG industry. Prior to joining PepsiCo, he worked at Unilever in various senior R&D positions across its home and personal care portfolio. René has held various board memberships including those of European and Dutch industry associations related to the home and personal care industry as well as the European Chemical Industry. He previously headed PepsiCo’s business in Russia, Ukraine and CIS (The Commonwealth of Independent States) for two years and prior to that, spent three years as president, PepsiCo Russia. He previously held senior leadership roles at Wimm-Bill-Dann, running both their beverage and dairy businesses. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Popovici held several general management positions with the Coca-Cola system in Eastern Europe.
Popovici has extensive experience in a number of areas, including sales, marketing, operations and general management, with global companies: Bristol-Myers Squibb and Coca-Cola HBC in Romania, Russia, and Ukraine.

Previously, she served as the President of PepsiCo Mexico Foods (PMF), the second largest market for PepsiCo globally, and of the PepsiCo Mexico Foundation. Before her roles in Mexico, she held leadership roles in both the beverages and foods businesses in the Southern Cone.

Prior to joining PepsiCo, Ronald served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Vodafone for 10 years. In this role, he was responsible for Vodafone’s Human Resource Management function, as well as health and safety, property and real estate, and internal communications functions. During his tenure at Vodafone, Ronald supported the transition of Vodafone from a mobile centric company to a total communications provider. He earned accolades for his work in fostering an ethical and inclusive culture and advancing best practices in diversity and engagement. Notably, the company increased the number of women in top positions, implemented a mandatory unconscious bias training for all leaders across the company, and launched a pioneering global maternity policy. Prior to that, Wern-Yuen was President and CEO of Walmart China, where he led a team of 100,000 associates responsible for over $10 billion in annual revenue across the Walmart, Sam’s Club, and e-commerce businesses. During his tenure, Wern-Yuen led Walmart China through a transformation to become an industry pioneer in omnichannel innovation and retail digitization. Working with both startups and strategic partners such as Tencent and JD.com, he leveraged data-driven insights to enhance Walmart’s omnichannel services, shopper experiences, and developed innovative store formats.
In addition to his years leading transformation in the retail industry, Wern-Yuen had a successful period in food service as Managing Director for McDonald’s Taiwan, demonstrating he knows our business from the customer side, and, early in his career, spent time as a Boston Consulting Group consultant, advising retail and consumer clients on growth strategy, innovation, and turnarounds. He began his career with the Singapore government.

Before being named CEO in 2019, Kirk served as President and Chief Operating Officer of North America Beverages. Prior to this role, Kirk was President of PepsiCo Global Foodservice where he was responsible for expanding partnerships and driving growth of PepsiCo’s entire food and beverage portfolio with customers in the restaurant, workplace, lodging, recreation, retail, college & university and theatre channels. While in this position Kirk gave PepsiCo Global Foodservice an important voice in the industry through his involvement with the World Food Programme, Restaurant Leadership Conference and National Restaurant Association.
Since joining PepsiCo in 1992, Kirk has held several leadership roles, including Senior Vice President and General Manager of Frito-Lay’s West Business Division; Vice President of Sales at PepsiCo U.K. and Ireland; Vice President of Frito-Lay North America’s Mountain Region; Vice President of Frito-Lay North America’s Mid-America Region; and Vice President of Frito-Lay North America’s California Region.

Dr. Tataranni is currently the global Chief Medical Officer of PepsiCo. As Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Tataranni oversees all aspects of the company's efforts to protect its global workforce, products, and communities in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. He also leads PepsiCo's Life Sciences strategy and the R&D Fellows Program as its Executive Sponsor. Dr. Tataranni joined PepsiCo in September, 2018 as the Senior Vice President of R&D Life Sciences, responsible for leading the development and execution of a nutrition and bio-sciences strategy in support of the company’s portfolio transformation and Pep+ agenda. Dr. Tataranni serves on the Boards of several for-profit and non-profit organizations.

Between 1999 and 2004 he was Head of the Obesity, Diabetes and Energy Metabolism Unit at the Phoenix Epidemiology and Clinical Research Branch of the National Institutes of Health in the U.S. and Director of the Clinical Research Center at the same institution from 2000 through 2004.
Dr. Tataranni is an avid researcher who has published and lectured extensively at national and international meetings on obesity, diabetes, and their cardio metabolic complications. Professional awards presented to Dr. Tataranni include the NIH Fellowship Award for Research Excellence (FARE) in 1998 and the North American Association for the Study of Obesity (NAASO)-Lilly Scientific Achievement Award in 2004.
Dr. Tataranni is a native of Italy. He graduated from Catholic University School of Medicine in Rome in 1990 and went on to receive a specialty diploma in Endocrinology, Metabolic Diseases and Diabetes at this University. He has authored more than 100 original manuscripts, in addition to contributing to numerous review articles and book chapters.

Jane began her career at Procter & Gamble. Over the past three decades, she has operated globally and in highly complex product categories, brands and businesses across a variety of growth, turnaround, and transformation challenges.
Jane has led teams who have won numerous industry awards over the last decade, including more than 160 Cannes Lions, 120 One Show awards, 100 Effies and 60 Design and Art Direction awards. Personal highlights include winning the inaugural Grand Prix in the Sustainable Development Goals category at Cannes, in partnership with the United Nations Development Program. She was also recognized as Advertiser of the Year by Spikes Asia in 2021 for the “Lion’s Share”. Jane was one of the founding members of the Global Alliance for Responsible Media and is active across the United Nation’s Unstereotype Alliance, the World Federation of Advertisers and the Association of National Advertisers. She holds an BS with honors in Business Administration and is also qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

As the CEO of PepsiCo Foods North America, Steven Williams oversees all aspects of PepsiCo’s nearly $21 billion snack and convenient foods business in North America, including Frito-Lay North America (FLNA) and Quaker Foods North America (QFNA), with a diversified portfolio of iconic brands, including: Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Ruffles, Fritos, Stacy’s Pita Chips, SunChips and Quaker Oats. In this role, Steven is accountable for more than 65,000 associates and over 500 locations across the United States and Canada.
Steven, a 24-year PepsiCo veteran, has served as CEO since March 2019. Prior to this role, Steven served as senior vice president and chief commercial officer for Frito-Lay’s U.S. organization, setting strategy and overseeing all commercial activities for the U.S. field sales and customer organization, in addition to leading a large multi-functional sales organization, spanning all Frito-Lay retail customers, sales channels and go-to-market systems.
Steven also previously served as senior vice president and general manager for Frito-Lay’s East division where he was responsible for the overall business and performance management for the six geographic regions in the Eastern U.S.
Earlier in his tenure at PepsiCo, Steven led the company’s global Walmart business, managing the PepsiCo portfolio of products across all aspects of the Walmart Business worldwide, including: Walmart U.S., Sam’s Club, and Walmart International Divisions. In this role, he built strong strategic partnership and delivered significant retail sales and share growth in Walmart.
Steven joined PepsiCo in 2001 as part of PepsiCo’s acquisition of the Quaker Oats Company, which he joined in 1997, and has held leadership positions of increased responsibility across PepsiCo in sales, general management, customer management, sales planning and shopper marketing, gaining deep experience and building a proven track record of strong results.
Steven is a member of the board of directors of State Farm Mutual Automobile Company and is very active in the community, serving on the executive advisory board for the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business, the president’s advisory board for University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, in addition to being a current Board Chair of United Way in Dallas; and 2024-2025 Campaign Chair during United Way of Metropolitan Dallas’ Centennial year.
Segun Agbaje has served since 2021 as Group Chief Executive Officer of Guaranty Trust Holding Company Plc, a Nigerian multinational institution. He previously served as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Guaranty Trust Bank plc from 2011 to 2021. He joined Guaranty Trust Bank as a pioneer staff member in 1991 and held positions of increasing responsibility, including as Executive Director from 2000 to 2002, Deputy Managing Director from 2002 to 2011 and as Acting Managing Director in 2011. Prior to joining Guaranty Trust Bank, Mr. Agbaje served as an auditor at Ernst & Young LLP from 1988 to 1990. Mr. Agbaje also currently serves as a director of MasterCard Advisory Board Middle East and Africa.
Shona L. Brown served as a Senior Advisor to Google Inc., an internet search and advertising technologies corporation, from 2013 to 2015. Dr. Brown served as Senior Vice President of Google.org, Google Inc.’s philanthropic arm, from 2011 to 2012. Dr. Brown served as Google Inc.’s Senior Vice President, Business Operations from 2006 to 2011 and Vice President, Business Operations from 2003 through 2006, leading internal business operations and people operations in both roles. Previously, Dr. Brown was a partner at McKinsey & Company, a management consulting firm. Dr. Brown also currently serves on the boards of Atlassian Corporation plc, an enterprise software company, DoorDash Inc., an on-demand prepared food delivery service, and several non-profit organizations (including Code for America, the Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University, and the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation).
Cesar Conde has served as named Chairman of the NBCUniversal News Group, part of a global media and entertainment company, since 2020. In this role, Mr. Conde has oversight of NBC News, MSNBC and CNBC, including editorial and business operations for the television and digital properties. From 2015 to 2020, Mr. Conde served as Chairman of NBCUniversal International Group and NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises. From 2013 to 2015, he served as Executive Vice President at NBCUniversal, where he oversaw NBCUniversal International and NBCUniversal Digital Enterprises. From 2009 to 2013, Mr. Conde served as President of Univision Networks, a leading American media company with a portfolio of Spanish language television networks, radio stations and digital platforms. From 2003 to 2009, Mr. Conde served in a variety of senior executive capacities at Univision Networks and is credited with transforming it into a leading global multi-platform media brand. Prior to Univision, Mr. Conde served as the White House Fellow for Secretary of State Colin L. Powell from 2002 to 2003. Mr. Conde also currently serves on the boards of Walmart Inc. and several non-profit organizations, including the Paley Center for Media and The Aspen Institute.
Ian Cook served as a director of Colgate-Palmolive Company, a multinational consumer products company, from 2007 to 2020, as its Chairman from 2009 to 2019 and as its Executive Chairman from 2019 until his retirement in 2020. Mr. Cook joined Colgate-Palmolive in the United Kingdom in 1976 and progressed through a series of senior management roles around the world. In 2002, he became Executive Vice President, North America and Europe. In 2004, he became Chief Operating Officer, with responsibility for operations in North America, Europe, Asia and Africa, and in 2005, he became responsible for all Colgate-Palmolive operations worldwide, serving as President and Chief Operating Officer from 2005 to 2007. He served most recently as Colgate-Palmolive’s President and Chief Executive Officer from 2007 to 2018 and as Chief Executive Officer from 2018 to 2019. Mr. Cook currently serves as PepsiCo's Presiding Director. Mr. Cook also serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations, including Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New Visions for Public Schools, and Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts.
Edith W. Cooper

Edith W. Cooper spent over two decades of her career with The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., most recently serving as Executive Vice President and Global Head, Human Capital Management from 2011 to 2017 and Managing Director and Global Head, Human Capital Management from 2008 to 2011. Ms. Cooper began her career in derivative sales at Morgan Stanley from 1991 to 1996 and Bankers Trust Company from 1986 to 1991. Ms. Cooper co-founded Medley, a membership-based community for personal and professional growth, in 2020. She serves on the boards of Amazon.com, Inc. and MSD Acquisition Corp. Ms. Cooper also serves on the board of directors of several non-profit organizations, including the Museum of Modern Art, the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture and Mount Sinai Hospital.
Dina Dublon
Former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, JP Morgan Chase & Co.
Dina Dublon served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at JPMorgan Chase & Co., a leading global financial services company, from 1998 until her retirement in 2004. In this role, she was responsible for financial management, corporate treasury and investor relations. Ms. Dublon previously held numerous positions at JPMorgan Chase and its predecessor companies, including corporate treasurer, managing director of the financial institutions division and head of asset liability management. Ms. Dublon also previously served on the faculty of Harvard Business School and on the boards of several non-profit organizations, including the Women’s Refugee Commission and Global Fund for Women. She also currently serves on the board of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., a global investment management organization, Motive Capital Corp II, a special purpose acquisition company, and the independent audit quality committee of Ernst & Young LLP, the board of advisors of the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and the board of directors of the Westchester Land Trust.
Michelle Gass has served as President of Levi Strauss & Co. since 2023. Ms. Gass previously served as Chief Executive Officer and a director of Kohl’s Corporation, a leading omnichannel retailer, from 2018 to 2022. She previously served as Kohl’s Chief Executive Officer-elect and Chief Merchandising & Customer Officer from 2017 to 2018, Chief Merchandising & Customer Officer from 2015 to 2017, and Chief Customer Officer from 2013 to 2015. Prior to joining Kohl’s, Ms. Gass served in a variety of management positions with Starbucks Corporation from 1996 to 2013, including most recently as President, Starbucks EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) from 2011 to 2013; President, Seattle’s Best Coffee; Executive Vice President, Global Marketing and Category; and various leadership roles in other brand, marketing, product management and strategy functions. Prior to Starbucks, Ms. Gass was with The Procter & Gamble Company. Ms. Gass currently serves on the boards of the Retail Industry Leaders Association and the National Retail Federation.
Sir Dave currently serves as Non-Executive Chair of Haleon plc and Chairman of XLinks. Sir Dave also serves on the boards of several non-profit and charitable organizations, including as Chair of World Wildlife Fund – UK and as a trustee of Leverhulme Trust, a UK charitable foundation. He was also chair of Champions 12.3, a UN program seeking to add momentum to the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Target 12.3 by 2030, and co-chair of the Consumer, Retail and Life Sciences Business Council, which was established to advise the Prime Minister of the UK. In addition, he served as co-chair of the Supply Chain Advisory Group for the UK government during 2021. In recognition of his contribution to business and the food industry in the United Kingdom, Sir Dave was knighted by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in the 2021 New Year’s Honours List.

Robert C. Pohlad
President of various family-owned entities; Former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PepsiAmericas, Inc.
Robert C. Pohlad has served since 1987 as President of Pohlad Holdings, a company of various family-owned entities which operate multiple businesses across a number of industries, including commercial real estate, automotive sales, automation and robotic engineering, and sports and entertainment. From 2002 until its acquisition by PepsiCo in 2010, Mr. Pohlad was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PepsiAmericas, Inc., an independent publicly traded company. PepsiAmericas, Inc. was formed from several independent bottlers in 1998, and, under Mr. Pohlad’s tenure, it grew to become the second-largest bottler of PepsiCo products at the time of its acquisition. Previously, Mr. Pohlad held several other executive positions at bottling companies. Mr. Pohlad is a member and chair of the Board of Trustees of the University of Puget Sound, and a member and chair of the Board of Visitors of the University of Minnesota Medical School.
Daniel Vasella, MD served as Chairman of Novartis AG, a global innovative healthcare solutions company, from 1999 to 2013 and as Chief Executive Officer of Novartis AG from 1996 to 2010. From 1992 to 1996, Dr. Vasella held the positions of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President and Head of Worldwide Development and Head of Corporate Marketing at Sandoz Pharma Ltd. He also served at Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Corporation from 1988 to 1992. Dr. Vasella is currently working as a coach to senior executives. He serves on the boards of American Express Company and SciClone Pharmaceuticals (Holdings) Limited. He also serves as chair of the board of Numab Therapeutics AG, a biotechnology company, and on the boards of several private companies and non-profit organizations.
Darren Walker has served since 2013 as President of the Ford Foundation, a philanthropic organization, and as its Vice President for Education, Creativity and Free Expression from 2010 to 2013. Prior to the Ford Foundation, Mr. Walker joined the Rockefeller Foundation, a philanthropic organization, in 2002 and served as a Vice President responsible for foundation initiatives from 2005 to 2010. From 1995 to 2002, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Abyssinian Development Corporation, a community development organization in Harlem in New York City. Prior to that, Mr. Walker held various positions in finance and banking at UBS AG. Mr. Walker currently serves on the boards of Ralph Lauren Corporation, a global premium lifestyle products company, Block, Inc., a global technology company with a focus on financial services, and several non-profit organizations, including the National Gallery of Art, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Friends of the High Line and Carnegie Hall. Mr. Walker also currently chairs the U.S. Impact Investing Alliance Advisory Board and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.
Alberto Weisser served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bunge Limited, a global food, commodity and agribusiness company, from 1999 until mid-2013 and as Executive Chairman until late-2013. Mr. Weisser previously served as Bunge’s Chief Financial Officer from 1993 to 1999. Previously, Mr. Weisser worked at BASF Group, a chemical company, in various finance-related positions. He also served as a Senior Advisor at Lazard Ltd. from 2015 until 2018. He currently serves on the Americas Advisory Panel of Temasek International Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based investment company, and serves as a supervisory board member of Bayer AG and a board member of Linde plc.
