Jason Blake is President of PepsiCo Beverages Canada and was appointed in February 2024. In his role, Jason is the general manager of PBNA’s Canadian Divison, overseeing all aspects of the business and leading its more than 5,000 employees. Jason leads an end-to-end leadership team of executives tasked with achieving critical business and people objectives.
A PepsiCo executive for more than 16 years across two different tours of duty, Jason was most recently the Senior Vice President of Commercial for PBNA’s South Division where he oversaw revenue growth, market share and margin development across all selling functions. Prior to this role, Jason served as PBNA’s Chief Sustainability Officer, where he led the beverage sustainability agenda and played a critical role in the creation and rollout of PepsiCo Positive (pep+). He has held roles across food and beverages in customer management, channel strategy and retail sales after beginning his career in corporate strategy and development.
In addition to his PepsiCo tenure, Jason previously served as Vice President of Commercial at Delta Airlines, where he led the diversification and de-risking of the company’s revenue model and led key innovation and business development initiatives. He also spent several years on Wall Street at Credit Suisse, where he worked in investment banking and leveraged finance.
Jason is an active board member of the Canadian Beverage Association (CBA) and the Food Health & Consumer Products of Canada (FHCP) and The Grocery Foundation.
Jason holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Morehouse College, where he graduated cum laude. Jason is married with two children.
Rachel Ferdinando was appointed to President of PepsiCo Foods Canada in July 2022. In this role, Rachel leads the Frito Lay Canada and Quaker Canada businesses, with oversight of HR, finance, customer development, field sales, marketing, supply chain, IT, R&D, foodservice and strategy/transformation.
Rachel’s six-year PepsiCo career has focused on end-to-end marketing leadership and portfolio transformation. Previously, Rachel was the Chief Marketing Officer of Frito-Lay North America – an $18 billion division of Pepsico – where she led groundbreaking brand marketing, innovation, strategic insights, design and media initiatives for the company’s portfolio of iconic snack brands.
Prior to joining PepsiCo, Rachel was VP & global sector leader for family care at Kimberly-Clark Corporation. In this position, she was responsible for leading global brands, including Scott and Kleenex, which represented one-third of total company sales and profit. Earlier in her career, Rachel held various global marketing and general management roles at GlaxoSmithKline.
Rachel holds a First Class BSC with Honors degree in chemistry from Imperial College of Science, Technology & Medicine in London. Originally from Weston-super-Mare in the UK, Rachel currently resides in Toronto with her husband, where she enjoys running, cooking and keeping busy with two energetic kids.
